BMJ Case Reports publish real cases worthy of discussion, particularly around aspects of differential diagnosis, decision-making, management, clinical guidelines and pathology. Our Institutional Fellowship Code gives all Trust staff and students on placement the freedom to submit as many cases as they wish and to re-use all of their published material for personal use and teaching.
