Preceptorship Document - Template Only (Not to be used)

The online Practice Assessment Record and Evaluation (PARE) system, funded by Health Education England (Northwest), is recommended by LUHFT Preceptorship Programme for the recording of Development Review Meetings.

As a resource for this, staff will be given and account on PARE, the online practise assessment record. PARE will allow preceptors to record progress reviews with their preceptee and will be monitored by the preceptorship lead to offer assurance and support. Development reviews are required for completion of the preceptorship programme.
