The Golden Ticket

The Golden Ticket scheme is a values-based recruitment model which negates interviews and written assessments. It aims to recruit students who know our Trust, share our values and showing exemplary talent. Ward Managers, the ticket guardians, are provided the opportunity to ‘award’ final placement student nurses with their golden ticket based upon the students’ performance and backed by a values-based conversation.

Aims:

The aim of this model is to attract and recruit the best talents into our existing vacancies without having to go through the traditional pre-employment assessments. These prospective employees need to demonstrate exceptional knowledge and skills and share the values and behaviour expected of LUHFT employees.
