Apprenticeship Trainee Nursing Associates
Apprenticeship TNAs are directly employed by the Trust, and they are included in the staffing numbers while on their hub placements. The NMC requires that they have a minimum of 7.5 hours protected learning time integrated into their programme. They are released from work-based placements for external placements, theory time and assessments.
